I just got back from set, I was there forever, saw everyone. I have a pic of me and ella and took pics for other people. SAW LEIGHTON. Best part is at the end of the night I was handed a script and I know something GOOD! But I am shaking right now because I have a SCRIPT for episode 5x19, it girl interrupted. I can’t tell you guys whats in it just know that its good and that Chuck is the most selfless person!!!!!!!!
OMG they don’t realize who they just gave this too. As far as I know blair and dan are still friends and dan has been hiding something major. Lets just say he knew how selfless chuck was being and didn’t say anything to blair. And it’s good, I don’t want to get into trouble, but its good and from what I read it seem like this could be the beginning of a reunion by seasons end. Blair finally admits to alot of things, like seriously it’s crazy and i’m pinching myself right now and I also can’t even begin to tell you my interaction with make up and hair. Ella and me had a really funny convo, penn was funny and things got really weird with leighton. It was because my friend was super stupid at the moment. Ed was nice, but he got mad and then left really quickly and walked down broadway smoking. I can’t say anymore because i don’t want to get into trouble but i think it really good!
Chuck does something big to help blair out and he never wanted her to find out, ever, and is shocked that she even knows. DAN knew and was like, oh blair I thought you knew. I’m not saying what it was. Lets just say, I only have the script for the scenes they shot today. Blair is no longer in denial and it really seems like blair and dan are nothing more then friends. Blair sees how selfless chuck is, ugh, my its good, I feel like it is the start of blair coming back to reality!

For weeks the Portrait staff have been riveted to their computer screens to see who would first of all make the top 10 and then who would take out the top spot. With so many nominees and fandoms we changed things a bit this year to give all fandoms a fighting chance and limited the final results of the poll to two ships per show. Last year Chuck and Blair were knocked from the top spot but this year they’ve reclaimed it with a vengeance. When you think about it, it’s kind of like their relationship – just when you’re wondering whether it’s truly over, we then get a beautiful yet heartwrenching moment to reassure us it’s going to be okay. If it were any other couple it’d be like a never ending merry go round that gets boring after awhile but won’t stop, but the way these two or rather portrayers Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester, portray them makes it so heartfelt and almost soul crushing but in a good way. Season five alone has had plenty of these moments – Chuck crying with his new dog Monkey after learning about Blair’s pregnancy, Chuck apologizing for everything he had done to Blair and the things he didn’t but should have, Blair thinking she had turned Chuck dark and him reassuring her that if anything she was the lightest thing in her life, Chuck vowing to love Blair’s child as his own and Blair praying for Chuck to live. These two have come a long way since season one and endured so much. It doesn’t matter what the writers throw at them, or how many times they bring them together and then break them up, shippers know that they’ll overcome it and will have faith in them until the very end. ENDGAME.
Memorable Shipper Moment: Chuck apologising to Blair in 5x06 for the thing he did to her and the things he didn’t do but wished he did. It expressed how much these two had been through but also highlighted how much they had matured, and take from it what you will the subtext of never giving up on people.

The struggles are not good.
